In the classroom: seminars, courses and in-house training
Dr Häuser teaches PCB(A) design in certified seminars, at technical colleges and directly at your company.
FED seminar: obsolescence management in electronics
As co-developer of the seminar, Dr Häuser regularly teaches how discontinuation risks can be recognised in the schematic and reduced strategically, with methods to IEC 62402 and practical examples from design, manufacturing and lifecycle management. Booking is handled directly by the FED (Fachverband Elektronik-Design e.V., the German electronics design association).
ZED foundation course for technicians
As part of a cooperation with the FED, Dr Häuser teaches PCB(A) design at the Robert-Bosch-Schule Ulm and the Technische Schule Aalen: theory plus guided practical exercises in which students create their first assemblies, from component to production-ready design. The course concludes with the practical, written and oral examinations for the entry-level certificate ‘Zertifizierter Elektronik-Designer’ (ZED), the FED's certified electronics designer programme.
In-house training at your premises
Training for your development team, tailored to your products and processes, as a workshop on site or online.
- PCB and PCBA design: from the concept discussion to manufacturing data
- Standards: IPC-A-600/610, IEC 60601 (medical devices), IEC 62668 (avionics)
- Documentation and obsolescence: Good Documentation Practices, lifecycle strategies
