MHD builds schematics hierarchically, groups functional blocks in a traceable way and annotates them so that a new colleague can still read the schematic months later.
Altium as a closed system
MHD handles your project entirely in Altium Designer: library, schematic and layout stay in one system. Your design specifications are followed throughout, and every change can be traced back.
Import from other E-CAD
- Imported directly: Eagle, OrCAD, CADSTAR, PADS, P-CAD, Tango
- A different format? Mention it, and MHD checks whether it can be imported
- Only old Gerber data? A redesign can be built from that too

Is a block diagram or concept enough to start with?
Yes. In the concept meeting we clarify the target application and requirements; MHD then develops the complete circuit from there, from rough concept to E-CAD.
Which formats can you import?
Eagle, OrCAD, CADSTAR, PADS, P-CAD and Tango. MHD checks other formats on request.
Why does MHD work with Altium Designer?
As a closed professional system, Altium keeps library, schematic and layout together. Your specifications are followed exactly, and at the end you receive a native project your team can continue working with.
How does the review with our team work?
You receive the annotated schematic for review, your comments are incorporated, and only the released revision goes into layout. Responsibility for the circuit logic stays with your engineers.
Does our circuit know-how stay protected?
Only what is needed for the work is handed over; processor software and ASIC internals stay with you. If you wish, we sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before any file exchange.
